Welcome to the Rudd Center Image Gallery. We are pleased to offer this free resource. No identifying information will be collected from users. You must read and agree to the following Terms of Use before accessing the images.

Terms of Use

  1. All images are the property of the Rudd Center for Food Policy and Obesity. Any time you use or arrange for use of an image in print or online, credit must be given to the Rudd Center for Food Policy and Obesity.
  2. The Rudd Center owns and retains the copyrights to all images. No copyright license is granted to the user, other than the right to reproduce the images without alteration for non-commercial, personal use only.
  3. Images may be modified or altered for research purposes only and must approved by the Rudd Center prior to use. 
  4. You may, under no circumstances, redistribute or sell the images at any time. Any images copied or downloaded from the gallery are for your use only, which is subject to the Terms of Use.
  5. Any use that may promote bias or be harmful to the persons appearing in the images is strictly prohibited.
  6. Images may be downloaded and reproduced for the following purposes:
    1. Print or online publication for news/media reporting purposes
    2. Non-commercial promotional materials (i.e. brochures for healthcare or community programs)
    3. Research and scientific purposes
    4. Educational purposes and materials
    5. Presentation of products to policy makers
  7. Commercial use of these images is prohibited.  Prohibited use includes, but is not limited to:
    1. Retail items or materials intended for sale such as books, calendars, postcards, place-mats, or screen savers; personal or commercial letterhead or promotional materials
    2. Packaging or promotion of products intended for sale
    3. Advertising materials and/or campaigns in any medium intended to promote commercial, for-profit business

Copying or forwarding the images without adherence to all conditions is a breach of copyright law and is strictly forbidden.
