Bill:MD HB 1428 - Require schools to provide minimum level of physical fitness each week
Summary:Would require a public school student in elementary school to be provided a certain minimum level of a program of physical activity each week. Would also require that the program of physical activity for a certain category of student be consistent with a certain plan for the student, that public elementary schools to designate a certain group to plan and coordinate certain activities, and the State Board of Education to adopt certain regulations.
