Food Prices to Post Biggest Rise Since 1990
The USDA has issued a report forecasting the greatest increase in food prices in nearly 20 years. Due to growing meat and produce prices, the cost of food is expected to rise by 5 percent to 6 percent in 2008, the largest annual increase since 1990.
